Worship and Arts

Worship Thought: A worship gathering needs to be a spiritual, transcendent experience.  Not an opportunity to hear a worship band or to sing the songs we want. – Gregg Sowards

Our church is one that puts much emphasis on worship.  Our gatherings are a blend of contemporary and traditional music with an occasional dramatic sketch.  We believe that the church today needs to get back to authentic worship where people can come on Sundays and encounter the living God.

We understand that worship is not just something we do corporately but that worship is a way of life.  We must live a lifestyle of worship.  One that brings honor and glory to God.  We believe that God is still able to meet the needs of His people today through worship.  In a worship gathering we trust that God is able to teach, heal, console, convict, admonish, among other things through the power of His Holy Spirit.  If you have not attended a worship gathering at First Naz we would love to have you worship with us.  Our prayer is that while at our church you meet many wonderful people to share in your journey with our loving, caring heavenly Father.  And yet most of all we pray that while among us you would sense the love of God and His deep desire to have a relationship with you.
